They performed dance, driving rhythmic percussion, and traditional folk songs of the Gaucho of the Pampas. BABA YAGA’S GYPSY WAGON FAMILY: AN ACOUSTIC ROOTS MUSIC EXPERIENCE

Shira Abergel is a singer, songwriter and actress gifted with both power and great charm. She has dreamt of creating a gypsy medicine show wagon since she was 19 years old. Now, after winning a Knight arts challenge grant, she has a tangible path to realize that vision. With hosting support from the Miami Theater Center (founded/directed by Stephanie Ansin), she threw a fundraising party/concert on April 23rd to actually get the wagon built and the show on the road.
