Guava Rugelach Festival and Nu Flamenco

The unique two-day festival that highlights Jewish origins in a wide a array of music, from African-American spirituals and jazz to Latin dance, kicks off with a performance “Of Essence & Time/De La Esencia & El Tiempo,” a collaboration of Sepharidi singer Susana Behar, Flameneco guitarist Jose Luis Rodriguez, and Nu Flamenco dancer Niurca Marquez. It continues with Klezmer, jazz, and other concerts.
