As a means to help creatives and artists around Miami continue to thrive and make work, we will periodically publish a list of available grants. Here are ones we have gathered that are currently available.

The Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs
The Community Grants Program funds/supports community-based dance, theater, music, and visual arts programs developed by non-profit organizations. The program includes a mandatory grants workshop as well as a courtesy review prior to the grant deadline. Click the link above to note the dates for the third and fourth quarter program deadlines.

Oolite Arts
Offering support to both visual artists and filmmakers, Oolite Arts currently is accepting applications for their Cinematic Residency Program through Nov. 4, where a first-time Miami filmmaker will receive $50,000 to create a narrative micro-budget feature. It offers access to shared studio space and the opportunity to create, shoot and screen their film right here in Miami. Click on the link for details oolitearts.org. Applications are also being accepted for their 2025 Studio Residency Program.
