Celebration of Life Planned For Arts Journalist Christine Dolen

A Celebration of Life for ArtburstMiami theater critic/writer and Miami Herald theater critic has been announced for 7 p.m., April 7.

Dolen passed away at the age of 74 and had been battling idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, a progressive lung disease. She died on Saturday, Feb. 1 at her Davie home where she had been in hospice.

In lieu of flowers, Dolen’s family is asking that funds be sent to any number of South Florida theaters.
